Had to drive down from SF to get an order that my company had placed. The staff had the order ready to go, was very patient while I inventoried everything (it was a pricey purchase and I didn't want to be the guy who forgot something), and allowed me to add to the order on the fly. Their patience and knowledge led me to frequent the location closer to where I'm working and that store is also great. Central Computers has it going on!
Excellent customer service and helpful staff. They helped me find an obscure part and were more interested in getting me exactly what I wanted than upselling me on extra hardware I didn't need. I'd recommend everyone come here rather than the big store down the street any day.
I've been going here since they opened. I've never done a review. This place has been great from day one. Their staff is helpful. Knowledgeable and courteous. Totally professional. Susan who helped me at the repair desk was all of the above. Highly recommend this store ...If they're super slammed and busy. Wait your turn... Be patient.
