I had this company ,answering my calls, for a few years, they nearly put me out of business, with their horrible service. I would give them 0 stars ,if I could, stay away from this company, they are a waste of money!!!!!
Central Communications does a wonderful job of handling our large call volume at our company. Their customer service team has been wonderful and they are always personable and helpful. It's hard to find good customer service these days and they have exceeded my expectations.
Not happy! I tried to make it work with this company for several years and it just did not work out there representatives take forever to answer the phone and get it right. Period we finally had to make a decision and move to a competitor which is 300% better by statistics of our own tracking. I would definitely not use this company if you’re planning on having your phone calls answered in a timely professional matter.
