Nearly 7 years after closing, I reached out to them for one of the documents that I couldn't find at the city or county offices. They had kept it and had sent it within 10 minutes of me calling asking them for it! Saved me a lot of hassle!
These folks are such a soup sandwiche, as a buyer that canceled a land deal knowing I was forfeiting the earnest money central colorado title gave me the money back after I questioned it multiple times.
