Great customer service and fast!
I had my Nissan Sentra repaired at Central Houston Collision and they did an excellent job. The work was done professionally, my car looks and runs like new. The team kept me updated throughout the process and was always easy to reach. I highly recommend them for their quality work and excellent communication from their team!! Very professional!
Had my vehicle repaired here after a collision Shelby was helpful throughout the process. The body work looks good, the alignment is not that great as my truck is pulling to oneside & riding very choppy like. 2 reasons for the 2 stars. 1) the communication in general is very lacking with little to no followup. please keep your customers in the loop without them having to call 20+ times for updates 2) they release my vehicle back to me with 0% oil life no warning or courtesy call to say hey your vehicle is low on oil would yo... read more
