Buyer Beware! Worst Customer service experience. I was recommended to use this facility by Liberty Mutual but the entire process was a nightmare and I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere to be fixed. When I informed this facility that I did not want them to fix the issue, they returned my vehicle with the windshield smashed in. I have all the before and after pictures to prove it and were turned into Liberty Mutual claims services and they had to replace the windshield as well. Horrible, took my truck in for repair as them being a preferred Allstate repair facility. Long story short, my truck sat for 2+ weeks while waiting for a bumper. Once bumper was delivered and installed they called me to look at it. There were more issues than there was before I brought it in in my eyes. So many cannot list here. They ended up having to keep it for an additional 2 weeks now to fix thier small issues. And having to be stripped of its paint for the 3rd time due to thier mess ups. We took our Dodge Avenger in and had our car back within two weeks. The service was excellent as were the repairs. The young lady who handled our claim(Susan) was very professional, courteous, and always kept us informed as to the progress of the repairs. I would definitely recommend them. I hope we never get into another accident again, but if we do, we will definitely come back.

I had my van repaired here in 2012 after being rear ended. At the time it appeared they did good work. However, recently I was in a minor accident that tore my bumper off. It was discovered Central didn't actually repair the body of my van that was damaged, but instead just covered it up with a new bumper thinking I would never know. When I took my car in to show them and have it warrantied, they said they weren't responsible for not fixing it correctly the first time. The manager does not even return my calls.

I took my Cadillac CTS here about a month ago to be serviced and it came out with more issues than it went in for. First I took it to the Kobayshi Road location and they moved it to this location without even advising me. When I picked it up the first time, my check engine like came on. I was told to leave the care because it was late in the day, but since they told my insurance company my car was ready that day I wound up getting charged for an extra day because I didn't pick it up until the following day! I Called Service King at 7:30am and asked to set up an appointment to have my car looked at. they said their system was down and she took my info and said they would call me back as soon as it was up. waited all day hrard nothing from them so I stopped in I was asked if I had an appointment. I said no. They asked me to wait...ok. 40 min later I left.. I guess they don't need my money..my next stop a body shop that got me right in.

deserves a rating of ZERO; workmanship zero- overspray; has no idea about gaps, alignment; these guys are punch of amature. as far as price goes, they dearly charged the insurance $2K for a repair work that, given their workmanship, was not worth more that $800.
