We heard from some friends of ours that they booked their cruise using Central Coast Travel, and they were very satisfied with the service and upgrades they received. Scam artists use banks to help push their free cruise scam We were taken in by the scam when we saw the sign at our bank in the spring of 2008. If we agreed to borrow $5000 for at least 1 year via a home equity loan we would get our certificate and all we had to pay were the taxes and fees. We were skeptical and had the lady at our branch look over paperwork with us. Avoid at any cost Was given a free voucher for 2 people but ended up being more than the actual cost. They never responded to the fake charges and is the worst company to do business with.
be careful when dealing with these crooks! I was sent a offer for a free cruise and before I knew it the cost was much greater than booking with the cruise line direct. They refuse to give a detailed bill and hung up on both me and the cruise line when we tried to resolve the illegal overcharge.
exceelnt anfd caring i had to purchase and fly out of the area for a family emergency. icalled the agency to purchase my airlne ticketr as my credit card was causing me some trouble anbd could not purchase from the airliner on the phoione. i was not charged the 20 dollar fee for purchasing direcly with travel agency and they got me on a flight with very few layovers and not none of them long. i had rvern requested that i would not goto a certain airport in another state as i had a bad expewrience there, the agent took my inf... read more
