Our Son needed a hitch for a caravan - had no previous experience with.any towing etc. Hitch ended up being wring fit. Took it back with some measurements and explained what we needed. Carina and team (daughter) were incredibly helpful and patient. Presented options and caravan hitch now does the job brilliantly getting van level. Not only focussed though on the hitch set up but emphasised the weight distribution importance for safe towing. Fantastic to deal with. Thank you
