My son went in for an initial evaluation and they refused to bill the insurance properly even though they were in-network and our pediatrician referred us to them with insurance approval. They charged $450 from our own pocket and waited until after the appointment to drop this on us. We were given a super bill which was submitted to our insurance and insurance paid them the in network rate and now this business is refusing to refund the $450. Fantastic experience. Enrollment was quick and straightforward. Services have been phenomenal. Nicole has been amazing in helping my child with their speech issues, he has made so much progress since he started working with her! So grateful for the dedicated therapists working here.
Miss Nicole (and Miss Keke, who is training under Miss Nicole) has been excellent with my 8-year-old struggling with "R" and "TH" sounds. They combine work and play, which my son really responds to. After trying two different speech therapists with no results, the therapists at CCSPOM have worked miracles. Nicole is amazing. She made my son talk again.
We love working with Nicole! She helped both our kids (11 and 8 years old) with "r" and "sh" sounds and they both improved so much with Nicole's help. Nicole made each session easy, productive and fun!
