This place is a joke. Been waiting for appointment with specialist since this year January. My consultation has been moved forward 3 times. 5 mins ago I receiver call that my appointment now has been completely cancelled as they haven’t got specialist working there anymore. That’s just not right
I recently saw Dr Glenn Hawken, Gastroenterologist for ongoing GORD (reflux) and anaemia/low iron due to malabsorption from gastric surgery 14 years ago. From the very first consultation, he was exceptionally kind, taking the time to explain my situation in detail and answer all my questions. Honestly the service from the phone staff is non existent. I cannot believe they are able to not answer there phone at all ? How does public taxpayer money pay for a service that doesn't exist . I have spent hours every day trying to call for a appointment that if I miss could be the reason I have a heart attack . My surgery was heart related . So it's serious .
