Have been going to centre for a few years now seeing Dr James Penetta after having colonoscopy have had dealings with staff every visit also phone contact leaving messages and have responded quickly staff are very friendly and helpful with all concerns not able to help will get information and ring back
Been trying to get a followup after an endoscopy for nearly a year now. They don't answer the phone, says leave a message, then they never get back to you. Called once a week since, and eventually, today, I got through, and a rude lady told me that she'd have remembered my name if I'd left a message!!! Finally got my followup booked.. but it's in Wyong in 3 months..?? How is that a followup? Will they even know what they're following up on? I doubt it!!! I just want my results!!
No way to get in touch with the staff, feels like they're simply brushing people off.
Leave a message no call... ring no answer . Email it bounces back ... glad my taxes are being well spent here .. last time we were there the reception staff are rude. No nice conversation your shut down ... too interested in talking to other staff to be bothered told they'll be in touch for next spot in Jan here it is Jan 13th and no call no nothing ... what a joke meanwhile my sons epilepsy is getting worse
