None of the girls know what they are doing. Manager Rachel talks over you when you have simple questions regarding authorizations. They wont tell you what needs to be authorized even though I don't require one. Won't give you any information over the phone even if you are the patient.. it's "policy". Now they blame my doctor... ridiculous! Fasted for 14 hours to be turned away. Please save yourself, wish I did.
I had had very negative experience with this lab until this morning. I called yesterday to make sure that my MD’s order was in place and there would be no problems for me to come in today for my lab work. When I arrived today a very rude lab technician informed me that they could not draw my blood because the doctor had not sent all the information. PAL has the worst wait times and customer service around.
If i could rate this place no stars I would! We arrived at 520 they close at 530 they said they would take us all the way unyil 529. We get there and we waited 40 minutes and we were the only ones in the waiting room! Very dissatsifed!!
