I was treated very dismissive by the Dr. he would not let me explain anything. Took forever to even see a Dr. Getting an appointment took weeks even though was referred as immediate from my neurosurgeon. The front receptionist was nice but never followed with her promise to call back numerous times. This Office delayed my spinal surgery by months due to no followup.
Thurs 8/28/25: Ive been calling CCO for ... 2 WEEKS NOW, EVERY DAY .... & NONE OF THEIR 3 OFFICE NUMBERS WORK! I dial the number & get immediately hung up on. Ive done all the cell phone "tricks" suggested for this issue They dont work. I have NO problems dialing out to anybody but CCO. 🤬 I desperately need to see my dr because my entire left leg is now "gone" & I can barely walk - my left foot & left knee are "killing" me & the pain is unbearable! Everyone is well trained and caring. Very proffessional.Doctors answer all questions and explain all that you need to know.
I was so impressed (my fist visit)with my experience at Dr.Schuekler's office,The staff are efficient and caring from the moment I walked in.Belle Dr Shuekler's assistant was very friendly and competent.Dr Schuekler was great at explaining what surgical procedures I need for my shoulders,now I know I'm in good hands
I saw Dr. Caggiano for my hand, the staff was friendly and efficient. He diagnosed and treated my issue during my first visit and I am so appreciative of his care and concern. I highly recommend him!
