I have been a patient here for approximately 5 years. I have received outstanding care, diagnostics, referrals, and through review of testing and diagnostics from other providers. Physician is extremely experienced, and compassionate, but is also bluntly and truthfully direct when appropriate. I would highly recommend to this practice to anyone needing neurological medical care, knowing that if the practice is the wrong fit for specific condition they will be referred to the approbate physician or facility.
HORRIBLE office staff. Kept sending me links to an appointment app that would not let me log in without credentials. The office had not supplied the login credentials. I could never get a person on the phone and they did not return my calls when I left messages. They changed their opening time to 0930, while my latest appointment this past Monday was at 0830! No calls to reschedule or to notify me of their changes, but I did get a nice email from their unusable app that told me my appointment had been completed! Finding anot... read more
