I am surprised to read negative review here. I first saw Dr Vetter in 2022 and it was such a pleasant visit. He is a wonderful Dr. I have a new problem and I quickly thought of them and was insisting my primary to only recommend them for an emergency visit.
Always professional
He is super nice and has a great bedside manner. He did not do a good job on my surgery and another two doctors had to correct things. My septum was left severely deformed (wavy S shape) and not fixed during surgery because I would have needed grafts and a support alloplastic, but there was simply zero pre-planning done to address it despite it being a known issue and main complaint going into this. Nice, friendly man, but that’s not what I go to a doctor for. I found him to be arrogant and dismissive, didn’t listen to or consider my thoughts or concerns. He simply talked at me for five minutes, had his mind made up that every other doctor was wrong and he was right. He never even looked at me, he had his face in his computer the entire time.
Not sure how good he is because after waiting one hour, I never saw him and left. Others came in after me and were seen. Strange arrangement. Will not return.
