Adding to the poor experience reviews. Staff was nice (enough). Waiting room was packed to standing room only. Place is dingy, dirty, unkept, no natural light. Doc (not Dr. Casserly who everyone has positive reviews of) saw me for *maybe* 3 minutes, didn't diagnose anything, told me to go see my dentist as he was walking out the door. $150 for a 3 min appt with ZERO improvement in my condition. That was after taking a day off work and driving an hour back and forth to get there.
I’m sitting in the exam room 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and no doc yet. Unacceptable. Parking is impossible. They never answer the phone. The docs are nice, but the staff seem overwhelmed.
It's really just all doctors in America that suck because health care in this country is awful and you have to jump through so many hoops just to get any diagnostics done. But also, you need a doctor who will actually advocate for you, and I didn't get that feeling from this doctor. It was another 'you're silly, you know nothing about healthcare' vibe, and not a 'i'm here for you and listening and actually care' vibe.
