Joe and everyone else we’ve worked with on two trips now to Lake Naciemento are amazing! The level of communication and response is always appreciated. We visited the same property back in 2021 and then again this summer(2023) Joe was not only helpful from the time I booked our reoccurring trip for this summer over the phone, but immediately responded to all email communications literally every time within just a few minutes and made sure all accommodations requested were met. Diane was great and helpful
Diane has a great array of properties available but terrible customer service skills. We rented from her two years in a row and after our last experience will not use her again. Oak Shores has tons of surprise fees that get added on top of your overpriced nightly fee for the home you book. This year, our house was in dire need of repairs and falsely advertised that there was a swamp cooler to cool the entire house.
