Very pleasant and smart
ED Dr. Stephen Bolin oversaw the nurses and called Dr. Jeffrey Mundorf to help with the endoscopy procedure to open my esophagus from stuck Hormel Beef tips.
Nurse was rude didn’t tell me my weight or blood pressure until I asked she balled me out for having so many meds and it goes on but I will spare you! The provider was no help and told me she didn’t understand why I was there. No compassion and it was obvious that she had made up her mind before hand she wasn’t gonna lift a finger to help me.
Absolutely awful experience- unhelpful and rude customer service.
I was seen promptly and treated well. I was happy with the service I received.
