I called trying to reschedule a possible appointment for my boyfriend's daughter who has seen a gastroenterologist in the Pismo Beach area. The receptions was rude, unfriendly and condescending. She should be fired. I work in front office and would expect to be fired if I was that snotty and rude to any patient. A simple "I'm sorry, but I am not finding that patient in our system, maybe try" and then give another name. Her response was "oh and we don't see patients that young anyway".
