Didn’t expect to be treated as if they could care less about their customers. The lady who didn’t help us much (won’t mention her name) was less than helpful. Go somewhere else where they want to sell you fireplace inserts…even Amazon is better than this place.
Chris installed our gas insert about 3 years ago. He was out last night to service the unit -- awesome service, communication and knowledge. We have referred Monterey Bay Fireplace to friends and family, they too have been happy with the work and quality of the products.
Chris did an awesome job of making our gas fireplace insert look and work like new. He is very knowledgeable and did everything we asked in a very timely manner.
