Disclaimer: This is my own experience of the service. I felt unheard and discouraged. I wanted to help support my child and was willing to examine my parenting style and seek advice and ideas to help. I was always taught that early intervention is key, so I was doing what I could with the resources I had. We were willing to pay but were not encouraged to make further appointments.
