I’ve been coming to this practice for over 10 years and definitely recommend them. Dr Joel is caring and thoughtful and always goes the extra mile to ensure you are being looked after.
They have recently lost two of their top doctors to another surgery and out of spite have been refusing to transfer their patients medical files. I had to go in and sign a form to have them sent over (great Covid etiquette), and it's still been two weeks of them saying they are "gathering it". The doctor said they are only sending 1-2 patient files a day.
Decided to try here after reading the reviews and they are not wrong these guys are fantastic. Finally found a doctor who listens, cares and actually wants to help. Friendly, professional and caring which was the biggest relief. Thank you guys your services are much appreciated.
