I wanted a 'second opinion' and SO glad I went to 'Central Coast Eye Care'. I had a poor experience elsewhere. rather than 'working on the problem together' I was treated as a problem and my concerns dismissed. I was literally told "it's just you!!" by one frustrated fitter when I insisted the problem remained. I was too much bother. Outstanding care, if you're looking to get contacts here is the place to get them. Took my daughter here to get contacts after a disastrous visit to Specsavers where she fainted putting on contacts. We saw Phillip, he was fantastic in every way. He was very friendly, explained everything in detail and in a way my daughter would understand, he put the contacts on her himself first so my daughter could get the feel for them and then successfully guided her in taking them in and out herself. The staff at Central Coast Eyecare are always friendly , professional and welcoming. A shout out to Jen whose eye for detail when assisting you with frame selection is amazing, I always value her opinion both with frame selection and adjustment of glasses to ensure a comfortable fit.
