DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Two years ago, I left my car here and seriously regret it. The vehicle sat in their yard for an extended period, and when I finally got it back, parts were missing. The aircon wasn’t repaired as requested, nor was the other job I had brought it in for. It became clear to me that they were not interested in doing the work properly. Went there to get my car repaired and was spoken to by a chubby man who was very arrogant and condescending when just asking simple questions will not be going back anytime soon.
I took them my car there I paid $400. I was told I could have my money returned to me to which it wasn’t as my door still didn’t work. He said I needed a key cut so I got a key card and the door still won’t open so I went and spent $400 for no reason at all and the way it has been put on it isn’t even it doesn’t even look right.
Ryan really knows his stuff when it comes to bmws and European vehicles. Have had a car serviced here multiple times and will continue to be a customer due to the high level of care the staff here give.
