Staff is not competent when scheduling appointments . Was scheduled for a month out appointment and got a call to cancel 2 days before my appointment stating they would not be able to keep the appointment do to insurance issues. I don't understand why is 4 -5 weeks you could figure those issues out or not have scheduled me at all.
