The receptionist I spoke to has really weak phone etiquette. I had a bad experience at a different dentist office, yesterday, and called Central Coast Dental Care in hopes of finding somewhere that I can be comfortable and felt respected at. I need to have a fair amount of work done and I want it to be with people I can trust, but was shocked when she was still rude and patronizing to me after I shared this with her. Today my husband and I went for a check up and upon entering we were immediately greeted by Eva and she was super nice and highly professional. The exray technicians were very patient and kind. Our Dentist Harleen was very kind and gentle with us as well. Definitely will highly recommend to our friends and family.
