I am extremely disappointed with my experience and feel misled by this service. While Dr. Arora was initially helpful and pleasant, my overall experience has been very frustrating. Such lovely caring & professional staff from reception, through to the nurses which made my stay welcoming, and comfortable for PTK laser surgery by the lovely, caring Dr Arora. Thankyou all so very much.
As a young person needing cataract surgery I was very nervous but the staff straight away put me at ease. The level of care and compassion from all staff was exceptional. I couldn’t recommend them higher and commend them!
