This office never answers there phone I need to go in personally for any questions or schedule an appointment so inconvenient

Front office staff is unprofessional. I called because I needed to reschedule an appointment. The person that answered the phone put me on hold for 5 mins, came back and told me they would give me a call back because the scheduler was on break. I was told she was going to call me back the next day. It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t gotten a call back. The front office staff could also have better customer service. The one with the dermal piercing gives bad attitude and is rude at times

Really Nice Doctor but the WORST front office EVER. They do not care, Rude , DO NOT RETURN calls for over a week. Will not help you with anything. HORRIBLE the reply below has nothing to do with 3 years of this horrible service. I am filing with Diginty health how there were times i couldnt get a call for my meds, test, nobody calls back or ever answers the phone NOBODY asked for HIPPA laws to be broken WHAT A LIE . 3 years of no calls back every. The doctors seem fine. The front desk is the worst I have ever experienced. They don't get back to you and pass you off to an extension that doesn'tpick up. I am really surprised that this is considered a specialist. I've gone days without my medication.
