Horrible, HORRIBLE joint. Doctors don't know how to send in prescriptions. Office staff doesn't know how to do proper VA billing for insurance. I have to keep running around and making calls correcting their mistakes. I'd rather just have the heart attack already and be done with all this !!!
Great office and atmosphere. Been coming here for months now and always have great experiences with Dr. Tank, nurse practitioners, and the front desk. My only complaint is that I have noticed during my morning appointments the lady at check in (forgot her name) is always on her phone seeming distracted, but checking out is always a breeze. Erica is always very approachable and helpful with my next appointment time/date. Definitely would recommend to others seeking cardiology treatment.
This office never answers there phone I need to go in personally for any questions or schedule an appointment so inconvenient
Front office staff is unprofessional. I called because I needed to reschedule an appointment. The person that answered the phone put me on hold for 5 mins, came back and told me they would give me a call back because the scheduler was on break. I was told she was going to call me back the next day. It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t gotten a call back. The front office staff could also have better customer service. The one with the dermal piercing gives bad attitude and is rude at times
Really Nice Doctor but the WORST front office EVER. They do not care, Rude , DO NOT RETURN calls for over a week. Will not help you with anything. HORRIBLE the reply below has nothing to do with 3 years of this horrible service.
