When I called with questions the office was very kind and informative. They told me what I need to do I order to get a referral to see Dr. Soll.

The doctor I saw was great. Paid my copayment, all was good. That was in Dec of 2018. Today, august 6, 2019, I receive a collections notice stating copay was never paid. In addition to a ding on my credit report, I never received a call from them about an unpaid copay or a bill from them. Just suddenly in collections for a bill that was paid at time of service. A ding on credit report and have INTEREST on a paid bill!

I see Dr Reagle and he is an amazing doctor. He has taken good care of my COPD condition and has always listened to what I have to say! The staff has always been very kind and helpful to me! I have to drive to San Luis Obispo to see him. One visit my car overheated and the girls upfront looked up the closest parts house and gave me excellent directions to get there! I was able to get a couple of gallons of coolant and get back home safely!
