Unfortunately I had a bad experience with these guys. I had some pretty simple Jayco warranty work to be done and a 12 month service. They were great on the phone, I sent in photos of the lights not working and gave them time to get the relevant approvals from Jayco before booking it in. 3 months later I touch base with them only to be told they have changed their mind and won't do the work anymore. This year (2025) I have had two extensive projects completed by the professional team at CCC. The first was a complete refit of my caravan, air assisted disc brakes, the second was a complete replacement of front face and front side damage insurance repairs. All work was carried out with a minimium of fuss, the quality 1st class the van has never looked so good in fact better than it was when new. My first time dealing with Central Coast Caravans. So far, everything is great. Took my little Jayco Swift in for its first obligatory service. Dropped it off at 7.30am, was ready with all minor warranty repairs also completed by 10.30am. People there were all very friendly and helpful. Thank You All.
