I went to Central Coast to get my ears checked everybody. There was very nice doing what they needed to do told me I needed some hearing aids so they picked a couple of for me showed me how they worked and it was very nice. I could hear well with them but they needed to order them so they needed a deposit so I gave them $800 deposit and my other insurance would have to pay them and they told me they would not order them until the other insurance paid them total of $2800. I was having trouble following conversations and found myself avoiding restaurants and other noisy environments because I couldn’t hear the people around me well enough to participate. I got a referral to Central Coast Audiology, had a hearing test and learned I had an issue with one ear. I ended up getting a single hearing aid (what I am calling my ear monocle) and the impact on my quality of life is significant. OMG !! Look NO further, these splendid people run an incredilbe Audiology office. They are so professional and proficient. I like many had needed Hearing Aids but kept putting them off. After meeting the incredible office staff, Daniel in particular, and sitting in the gorgeous waiting room I knew I was in good hands. Then, Dr. Besch, introduced herself & requested I simply call her, Heather ! Who does that !
