Took my husband to have his hearing check due to concerns about hearing loss. Turns out that his ears just needed a good power washing! All the staff in this office is super professional, friendly and extremely accommodating. 10/10 recommend for anyone who is looking for a place for their hearing needs. Special shoutouts to Angela and Katy we’re taking the time with the hearing test and assured me my results-David M
Wonderful experience. They even stayed open late because we were delayed due to a traffic accident. Laurel was amazing. She has so much expertise, is extremely knowledgeable and is warm and friendly. Very happy we traveled from Santa Cruz to be here.
Great staff. Daniel who answers the phone is excellent. The doctors are all knowledgeable and take the time with you. Very pleased!
I went to Central Coast to get my ears checked everybody. There was very nice doing what they needed to do told me I needed some hearing aids so they picked a couple of for me showed me how they worked and it was very nice. I could hear well with them but they needed to order them so they needed a deposit so I gave them $800 deposit and my other insurance would have to pay them and they told me they would not order them until the other insurance paid them total of $2800. I was having trouble following conversations and found myself avoiding restaurants and other noisy environments because I couldn’t hear the people around me well enough to participate. I got a referral to Central Coast Audiology, had a hearing test and learned I had an issue with one ear. I ended up getting a single hearing aid (what I am calling my ear monocle) and the impact on my quality of life is significant.
