1.5 hours after I thought they had picked up my Mom to take her to her appt they called to say they were running late and did I still want them to do it.
Had Central Coast Ambulance take my 95 year old mother to a doctors appointment. She had a broken leg and was in great pain and discomfort. But she had to go to the podiatrist for evaluation after having been at the emergency room where they put a boot on her. The crew was very kind and careful with mom and understood the pain she was in. They told her that they would drive slowly so as not to cause any more discomfort. They transferred her gently from her bed to their gurney. They were on time and got mom to her appointment... read more
had my first experience last fri with central coast and it was most positive...the 2 attendants were very efficient in handling me as i have partial amputation on left leg and transfers from bed in hospital to gurney and then from gurney ti my home bed were all done with ease... cannot say much more....excellent excellent!!!!
