Absolutely fantastic interactions with this clinic, every receptionist and the two Drs saw over 2 different days we attended were thorough, kind and compassionate, didn't rush and gave clear plans for when to come back etc. They were able to accommodate on the day appointments for all my three children and myself. Special shout out to Dr Jimmy, thank you so much!
My medical exam results from here haven't come back after 20 days... while people who went right after me have already gotten their results. I contacted Bupa (Bupa National Authority) and the staff only said they would contact them to inquire about the progress... but I haven't received a reply yet, and my visa is about to expire...

I have seen 2 doctors in my time here in Alice, both were good, the wait time is reasonable and the staff are friendly. there are times they are busy and miss you or take awhile longer but it is a busy place. I had an issue with a staff member one time who was a stickler for the rules without discussion. I was quite upset with that but the practice manager spoke to me personally and solved my problem, it was a missunderstanding and it was dealt with, no complaint.
