I had a really disappointing experience at Central Cleaning Supplies in Sunshine. I went in to purchase a hand sanitiser machine, and to my surprise, the price was WAY higher than I expected – it was literally 4 times more expensive than what I found elsewhere, like Officeworks. I felt totally ripped off. To make matters worse, when I looked at the invoice, I saw a clause saying they don’t offer refunds for change of mind, and if I wanted to return the product, they’d charge me 25% of the price.
