I visited Melbourne Central Cleaning Supplies at their Preston branch this morning, aiming to pick up specific 3M pads. I called ahead around 7:45 a.m. to confirm they had them in stock and was told they did, and that the store would open at 8:00 a.m. sharp. I am writing to express my serious frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing issues with the cleaning equipment at the store. We have spent a significant amount of money on chemicals and a new machine—an investment that was supposed to improve operations. However, the machine broke down, and despite waiting for over three months, it is still not repaired.
