Peter at the Central Preston branch is incredibly friendly and polite. The handsome, dark-haired guy with a mustache next to him is just as nice. Peter greets his customers with various lollipops every time. They're so good that I change my route to avoid going to another branch. I'm so glad you exist. Central is so lucky to have people like you working for them, guys!

I visited Melbourne Central Cleaning Supplies at their Preston branch this morning, aiming to pick up specific 3M pads. I called ahead around 7:45 a.m. to confirm they had them in stock and was told they did, and that the store would open at 8:00 a.m. sharp. I am writing to express my serious frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing issues with the cleaning equipment at the store. We have spent a significant amount of money on chemicals and a new machine—an investment that was supposed to improve operations. However, the machine broke down, and despite waiting for over three months, it is still not repaired.
Saji and Peter from the preston store are amazing. Love dealing with these two, always go above and beyond to help me. Great customer service 10/10
