Yesterday I went to the west Footscray shop. They put the bucket on special for five dollars but when I ask the guy he said that’s wrong. I said no you put on special. He said the price was seven dollars then why they put on five dollars and sale it for seven dollars. The service is very poor and the guy was very rude.
I was in Dandenong is week I went to your shop. Not good service. I have been in the cleaning game over 25 years .you have lost a customer.
I regret purchasing this machine for over $6,000 close to a year ago. It’s been plagued with issues, and the maintenance team takes close to a month to address repairs. This is already the second time we’ve had to send it in for repairs.
