I am doing cleaning business from past 10 years and I am always buying products from central cleaning I bought central pressure washer and it didn’t even work for one day and stop working I pay $600 and I bring back to them it’s Been more than one month I am keep callling them they no responsive and extremely rude in their service department specially MARK & CHANTEL. Dishonest & Lazy manager told me to go back to the branch where I purchased from. I did go back to the store where I bought gears from. I did get everything solved out. Shame on you folks. I strongly recommend NOT to come to store @ Footscray. You’ve lost me.
Second time I'm coming to this place to buy an urgently need product only to be told at check out that I can't take the product because someone else has bought it. Then the guy gives me attitude when I tell him to take products off the shelf if it's not for sale. Suffice to say I won't be coming here a again. Don't waste your time with these clowns. There are better cleaning suppliers out there to do business with.
Kicking myself for having not stopped in sooner! Having lived in the area for years I've driven past countless times, but always thought this was a commercial-cleaning-only store.
