I honestly don’t know why I kept giving this place chances—they mess up almost every time. There have been multiple instances where they’ve misplaced customers’ clothing and failed to have items ready when they promised. It’s completely unreliable. This last visit was the breaking point. I dropped off clothes on Monday for dry cleaning, along with two pairs of pants that had very small holes (about the size of a dime). They charged me $15 per pair to fix them, which I agreed to. Good people. Do good work. Not perfect, but plenty of satisfied customers from the look of it. I’ve been working with them for 9 years.
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Do not use them...I took 2 suit pants in to be tailored. My pants looked like a diaper in the back when I picked them up. They have a policy to fix any issues but they made them worse. And on top of all that they are expensive. Stay away from this place!! I would give them zero stars if it was possible
