This was my first ever appointment at Central City Health and I was very very nervous when I first pulled in I thought parking would be an issue but I was wrong there was a parking lot almost right next to the building with $5 parking I scanned the QR code and it was just that easy. Okay I am going to be kind as I am always. Initially I scheduled an appointment on a Tuesday for a Thursday with a doctor as we are going to a doctor's office correct. That day they sent me to the other location nearby and had a nurse write my prescription is what I found to be the #1 concern. I rescheduled a month later for an appointment with a doctor as referred to verbaly as a Dr. Edith and never received a return call. This clinic was disorganized, misleading, and unprofessional from start to finish. Before my initial appointment, my doctor called Central City Health to confirm they could complete the specific assessment I needed. I was told they could. I then had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Lee, who informed me during the visit that they do not actually provide the service I was referred for.
