Rude and Unprofessional staff
I know it's a day before 4th of July, but office guys are not friendly and even worse when I returned because I was 87320 over loaded. Thank God for the scale down by the 101.
long product waiting times
I drove over 300 miles to pick up a load from this facility that was scheduled to go to New York. Before arriving, I called four different times to explain that my ETA would be slightly after their posted closing time due to traffic. Their office hours were listed until 9:00 PM, and my GPS initially showed an arrival time of 9:20 PM. During my calls, I was repeatedly told that I could still come and that they would load me.
