I've been going there for years, lately the bottle count isn't right. I brought in 8 huge contractor black bags and only got $20. I counted it as he went along and it didn't match. Also the customer service is horrible now. This isn't free money for me, when I buy bottle I pay a deposit. So I am losing my own money. Also there is only one person and the line was out the door.
Closed at 112pm on a Tuesday. Not a good business. No out to lunch sign or anything, just closed
I had a 10ft trailer load roughly 40-50 bags and I attempted to contact several times throughout the morning and phone is on automatic 1 ring and then to voicemail! I wanted to know before I made the trip I wanted to respect the staff aswell as other customers to ensure a large redemption wouldnt impede on business as I know it would take a while but guess with the inability to atleast answer I guess ill seek other accommodations
