Go to atlas Vet if you don’t want to get charged 95$ fee for a 5 second exam that’s not optional. Outrageous amount when there is a affordability crises, Atlas 24 hour vet gives the exam free
Took my dog there today to have her anal glands expressed. A vet tech took her inside and came out in the waiting room after about 10 minutes to tell me that he's sorry but while trying to shave my dogs matted fur around the anus my dog moved and he cut her. This is unacceptable and quite disturbing to me as ive never asked, agreed or been informed that they will want to cut/shave that area (or any other area). Took our puppy here on an urgent basis due to an intersection. The staff were kind, warm, and professional. They treated our boy well and answered all of our questions in a clear and educative manner. Puppy is on the mend and back to his old self. Very grateful for this place and highly recommend!
