Again Chris is my go to guy, I set up my appointment online and he took it from there professionally as always! I received my truck back in a reasonable amount of time and I was back on the road.
I’m very disappointed with this Chevrolet service center. A snowstorm was announced yesterday — on Sunday — clearly stating that conditions would be severe on Monday morning. Yet they never notified customers that they would be closed. Instead, they sent me a reminder confirming my 7:30 AM appointment and telling me to be there on time. Google also showed that they would be open: last night the hours indicated they’d be open today, and even this morning it still said ‘opening soon.’ No updates, no warnings, nothing.
