Unprofessional and rude. No knowledge on diagnosis of my vehicle.
My vehicle was on their property for two weeks and nobody knew it was there for 1.5 weeks until i called to check on it. It has now been in there 3 different times for the same problem and was charged the second time for the “fix” while the car was under warranty and then it proceeded to do the same thing the next day. Nobody could even begin to figure out what was wrong with it until i came and had to show the mechanics what was happening.
