If I could give zero stars I would. I am a May 2020 bride and so my wedding needed to be cancelled, and at first when I contacted this place about rescheduling they would reply. When restrictions got stricter and I tried to cancel all together, they never got back to me despite multiple attempts at contacting them for either part of a refund or at least an answer on a cancellation contract. Still haven’t heard back from them. So on top of cancelling the best day of my life, I lost 500 dollars because it’s apparently too diff... read more
