Location: 1002 N Church St Ste 302, Greensboro Dr. Toth was an extremely nice doctor. I tried having a surgery in May but insurance denied it. I tried to have an appeal sent and when I called the insurance company they told me the appeal was never even sent. Called Central Carolina Surgical Center and Dawn told me that she did submit it. Several back and forth calls later and then Dawns supervisor Brenda tells me that Dawn did not submit an appeal because she thought it would still get denied. Very horrible staff. Seem to care more about money than the patient. Will lie to you about procedure dates and Dr bedside manner is enough to make you angry.
