They insist on me paying my deductible of 3000 to them before they will process my FMLA paperwork. I have explained over and over that I have claims in processing with my insurance company and I would not owe them anything but they don't care. My FMLA paperwork is being held hostage until I pay. Nobody will return my calls regarding the FMLA paperwork. I have had surgery here before and had a great experience

Do not ever go here! We have heard horror stories and then when we had to have them it was a horror story for us. Rude, short and even asking why we were there and they were the ones calling us ready to do colon surgery! The staff was also rude. There was one nurse that was very nice. Wish we knew her name because we would give her credit
