I had an awful experience the last few times but the last appointment was the last straw. I waited over an hour in the waiting room and Dr. Graham did not come. I had to leave after waiting 7 months for an appointment that I had. I will not be returning.
I went one time, the staff is rude, she check my rash for 5 min prescribed meds that didnt work. The experience was rushed. I will never return. Any body looking for a professional dermatologist try Dr. Bressler from Duke. Excellent.
My spouse and I have both been patients of this clinic for several years. Our last two appointments we arrived early to wait over an hour to see the doctor. I checked in for my yearly skin check today and was five minutes late due to an accident on I 40. I was told I would have to wait 45 minutes due to being late to my appointment.
