I went one time, the staff is rude, she check my rash for 5 min prescribed meds that didnt work. The experience was rushed. I will never return. Any body looking for a professional dermatologist try Dr. Bressler from Duke. Excellent.
My spouse and I have both been patients of this clinic for several years. Our last two appointments we arrived early to wait over an hour to see the doctor. I checked in for my yearly skin check today and was five minutes late due to an accident on I 40. I was told I would have to wait 45 minutes due to being late to my appointment. The spa side is a great experience. The care and skill provided by Teresa is just amazing. She's the reason I look 10 years younger !
I wrote the following review years ago and since then there have been many changes for the better. Dr. Graham is one of the most knowledgeable doctors and I am proud to be her patient. Thankfully she now has competent, smart and empathetic staff. Dr. Graham is a knowledgeable doctor but I tire of the office shenanigans. It’s hard to check in in a timely manner, the nurses rarely return a phone call, it seems everyone takes notes but nobody reads them, and the appointments are rushed. This doctor NEVER runs on time even if you're the first appt of the day. She rushes through your appt to get to the next one. The only thing keeping me coming back is the fact that the treatment is working. Otherwise I'd find someone else who doesn't waste half my morning for all of 4 minutes in the room with her. Appt at 8am. It was 8:40am before she came in.
