I inquired on a scale through their website after hours. The next morning I had a quotation from Pam . She answered my questions and gave me superior customer service. Unfortuantely, my requirement for a scale diiminshed. Pam was not upset and there was no pressure. If the opportunity arises in the future, I will reach out to Pam and Central Carolina Scale again again!
