I was considering trashing my 8 year old CAS LP-1000 when the keyboard was unresponsive. Instead, I shipped it to Central Carolina and they promptly diagnosed and fixed it. Their communication was great as they moved through the diagnosis and cost to repair. It was shipped back to me in no time and I can’t tell you how happy I am. I was looking at a replacement cost of $1600 and the cost to repair was so much less. Awesome job! Thanks so much.

Great customer service, service AFTER the sale was AMAZING! I recently purchased the SL-3700 Fishing tournament scales from Central Carolina Scale.
