I set up and appointment online and filled out all the information and even put my insurance information in weeks before my appointment..I received no messages or phone calls but when I got there for my appointment they had me in the system But apparently wasn't important enough to let me know they don't accept my Health insurance BCBS no phone calls to let me know not to bother coming in they won't see me because they wanted me to pay for the visit Why would I pay when I pay an insurance company to pay it? Absolutely horrible experience. Do NOT go see the doctor here (Dr. Kazz Marcey). We live 40 minutes away. My wife ran out of her prescription medicine, but had to go without for two weeks until she got an appointment. I took 2.5 hours off of work to watch the kids, and she drove 40 minutes to the doctor's office. It was raining, and between that and a school bus she arrived 10 minutes late. Robert has been my doctor for 6 years and I've always enjoyed seeing him
They always screw up the billing for my annual physical, which is covered at 100%. Yet, I still get billed by labcorp every year, and it takes multiple trips and calls to their office to correct. It might be different if they actually acted like they cared.
