I highly recommend Dr. Cauthen and her staff for their exceptional level of care and professionalism. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, efficient, and attentive. Dr. Cauthen and her staff takes the time to listen, thoroughly explain concerns, and ensure you feel comfortable every step of the way. Their commitment to patient care truly sets them apart.
The nurse and front desk staff were wonderful — kind, attentive, and professional. I truly appreciated their care. Unfortunately, my interaction with the doctor was very uncomfortable. She appeared frustrated and rushed throughout the appointment. When I tried to ask questions, I felt dismissed. At one point she clapped her leg while speaking, which came across as rude and unprofessional.
