I sure miss Dr.Rachel. I been there for 20 years and they have such a staff turnover Dr. Veach Is the only one I know there now. I started out with Dr.Coopic and then Dr. Raychel and now another lady. I’m not impressed.

I went in for an initial appt. today and saw Ms. Furr. She was attentive, she listened to me, and I felt heard. She had phenomenal bedside manner and was very personable and kind. As a veteran, I've utilized the VA for the past 9years, this year is the first time I've stepped outside the VA for a civilian PCP. I went to a Dr in Concord for only one appt. and will never go back there.. however I've already scheduled a follow up with Ms. Furr. She checked all my boxes. Highly recommend.
