I went in for an initial appt. today and saw Ms. Furr. She was attentive, she listened to me, and I felt heard. She had phenomenal bedside manner and was very personable and kind. As a veteran, I've utilized the VA for the past 9years, this year is the first time I've stepped outside the VA for a civilian PCP. I went to a Dr in Concord for only one appt. and will never go back there.. however I've already scheduled a follow up with Ms. Furr. She checked all my boxes. Highly recommend.
If I could give CCMA a higher rating I definitely would. From the time I walk into the door until I walk out I am treated like family. I’ve been going to CCMA for years now and I would be devastated if I had to go to any other doctor. My time is taken serious.. if I ever have to wait, I know someone else has more concerning issues that need to be dealt with. This used to be a “decent” medical office but over the last 2 years it has went downhill fast. No one will return your calls and when you ask them to speak with someone after not getting calls returned they send you to the same voicemail that you’ve already left messages on. If you take any medication regularly you need to find another office because they will not call in your prescriptions regularly.
