So, I know they don’t have stellar reviews BUT we've been here twice when my daughter was stung an we didn’t know she was allergic to bees (great experience), and my oldest is a rugby player, she got a concussion two years ago, took her there also, zero complaints. Last night when I drove up there, I walked right inside to the check-in window and said, “Uhm, my son is in the truck, and he’s definitely got a broken leg, could someone please help me stabilize him to move him inside and stay with him while I park my truck?” Bef... read more

This is the worst hospital experience I think I have ever seen before. My grandmother was brought in via ambulance. When we got there the whole place is a mess and a wreck. Only one nurse was there for the ENTIRE EMERGENCY ROOM. Everyone that we spoke to was extremely rude. They left 3 vials of blood on the counter, forgot the vials were there and CAME back for more samples. There is no organization there at all whatsoever. I had been told to never go to this emergency Department, which ironically, a couple weeks ago it came down to life or death and we had to take my son, my daughter and I work in health care, she made the decision for him to go there, and I agreed. They did a great job. The staff was professional courteous and respectful. They were knowledgeable and got the job done. I do not know how the rest of the hospital is, however when needed they knew what to do, and yes I would return if I had to, I hope to God that this will never h... read more

Came in with a broken foot and waited five hours only to be told we were discharged. The whole time. No communication. Attitude from staff saying we didn’t have a real emergency unless his foot was cut off and he was bleeding. They sent medications to a closed pharmacy. So we have to wait until tomorrow with excruciating pain. They said if we don’t like it we can go somewhere else! Said I can fill out a survey they’ll send in the mail. When will I get it? Probably never. If you have an emergency drive farther.

My nurse Rae was outstanding she works in emergency God bless her she was so kind to me very knowledgeable and she made me feel like everything was going to be all right God bless her and you all better keep her... outstanding nurse 👏 and again ty miss Rae for everything.......
