Total bullshit best way to describe this practice! I am 63 years old been a business owner for 28 years known for being able to help people when they call me. I was in a desperate need to see a doctor and found this business on Google only to learn that the doctor is here in the office one day a week What in the hell has happened to our healthcare system? Disappointed with the visit today. Everything the ENT pointed out that could be possible to help with hearing change each time I went. Had a CT done and I had questions. asked and didn't seem interested in discussing it. suggested something else to have checked out which had nothing to do with why I was there. If after the hearing test and is not able to help because of the results of a hearing test. why cost me money that had nothing to do with hearing issues, I truly thought I found an ENT Dr that was looking out for what ... read more
Just wanted to say if you have never experienced true love of a Dr then you haven't meet this group of people here! My son went in at a late pm walk-in emergency situation and they never once blinked an eye and took him right on in and handled what had to be done and properly the first go around ! The staff from the time I called til the time he left there was nothing but totally respectfully and very understanding and compassionate ! I appreciate their assertiveness in taking care of urgent matters. They see patients quickly and were more than accommodating. Dr. Gupta took time to see to my daughter's surgery even on his normal day off.
This was by far the worst doctor office I have ever dealt with. They scheduled an appt for me, but never keyed it in, so they never knew I had an appt on that particular day. Another time, they wanted me to call from office to office and speak to different people and tell them to arrange the schedule so that they could see me, because, once again, they gave me an appt and never keyed it in.
